Problem

Dr Farjad had a website hosted by another website provider and, without any warning, the site disappeared. She contacted the phone numbers listed on their website for Sydney, Australia but it was disconnected. Dr Farjad then called their UK office and discussed the problem with them. She was told they were facing technical problems and would get back to her as soon as possible.

Dr Farjad waited several months to hear from them, but after receiving no contact whatsoever she decided she had had enough and needed to create another website with a different company. Having a live website was a priority as her business was being adversely affected by a lack of visibility on the internet.

Solution

After being in discussion with IRUN’s Customer Service Manager, Andrew Allen, Dr Farjad’s website was recreated using IRUN’s WebBuildPRO Lite package.

However, after a few challenges with the domain registrar, Dr Farjad’s is now live and she is looking forward to using it to promote and grow her practice.
